Katie Holmes leads stars attending theChristian Siriano runway show at NYFW

Christian Siriano proudly showcased his Spring Summer 2022 ready-to-wear collection during New York Fashion Week on Tuesday night.

And stars, including Katie Holmes and Alicia Silverstone, turned out in droves to snag a front row seat at the 35-year-old designer’s runway show at Gotham Hall.

Holmes, 42, took the plunge in a fitted suit jacket and a pair of flared trousers, each boasting a silver asymmetrical grid pattern.

As for makeup, Katie amplified her natural beauty with a soft metallic shadow on the eyelids and a swipe of nude lip gloss on her enviable pout.

Poking out from under her flared pants were a pair of black patent leather stiletto heels.

After striking several poses with Siriano backstage, Holmes eventually made her way out onto the main floor and took her seat next to Silverstone and Broadway star Kristin Chenoweth.

Alicia’s blonde hair was parted to one side and styled in loose waves that flowed down her back and chest.

Minutes before the fashion show’s start, Christian was spotted taking a celebratory snapshot with models backstage. 

Along with all the highly-sought after designs, Siriano’s collection unveiling featured a performance from pop artist Marina, formerly Marina and the Diamonds.

The 35-year-old Welsh-born songstress showcased her toned legs in a retro fringe mini dress layered beneath a matching blazer with fringe on the sleeves.

Marina’s outfit was completed with a pair of yellow tie-wrap heels.

She performed as countless models stormed down the runway in Siriano’s out-of-this-world pieces, ranging from Cinderella-approved ballgowns to chic sets worthy of a Tim Burton film.

Once the final look made its way down the runway, Siriano emerged to face the roaring crowd of onlookers.

The Project Runway alum looked overjoyed as he bowed and spoke to his A-list fashion show attendees. 

Siriano revealed to Vogue that his Spring Summer 2022 collection was inspired by the ‘insane requests’ he receives from his celebrity clientele.

‘I guess that’s what maybe inspired this collection to be a bit more than I would’ve done normally,’ he explained.

After the show, all of the celebrity attendees were spotted exiting Gotham Hall, where fans were waiting patiently to catch a glimpse of them.

Although Katie Holmes did not switch outfits for her exit, Coco Rocha reemerged in a 1920’s inspired gown with fringe detailing from bottom to top.
